I’ve compiled all the major UK networks and ranked them from the highest paying to the lowest, so you can start earning while helping your friends find a great deal. Let’s go!

Three - Up to £40 for you and a friend (£80 total)

In joint first place is Three. You can earn up to £80 (£40 for you and £40 for a friend) with Three’s Refer a friend programme. Payout varies depending on the product, ranging from £25 for 12 or 24-month pay monthly sims, up to £40 for a pay monthly phone.

VOXI - Gift card worth up to £40 for you and a friend (£80 total)

Currently, VOXI is paying out double rewards, so act quickly on this one (offer ends 28th October). They will send both you and a friend an Amazon, PayPal or Just Eat voucher when you successfully refer a friend to join.

iD Mobile - Up to £35 for you and a friend (£70 total)

iD Mobile is rewarding customers with cashback ranging from £10 (£5 each) for any SIM only plan, up to £70 (£35 each) for an iPhone 15 Pro Max plan.

Lebara - Up to £50

Lebara’s referral program pays between £30 to £50 when your friend signs up and activates a new SIM card (depending on what plan they sign up for). This cash is all for you as the referrer, your friend won’t miss out though as they get 50% off their plan for 3 months.

Smarty - £20 gift card for you and a friend (£40 total)

When you refer a friend to sign up for a Smarty plan using your unique link, you both get a gift card from a choice of Amazon, John Lewis (including Waitrose) or Uber (including Uber Eats).

The value of the gift card is dependent on the chosen plan’s monthly cost, a £5 gift card for a plan costing less than £9.99p/m, up to a £20 gift card for a plan costing more than £15p/m.

giffgaff - £15 payback for you and £15 credit for a friend (£30 total)

Triple rewards are available right now from giffgaff, you must act quickly as this offer ends 31st October. When you invite friends you can receive up to £15 (instead of the normal £5) in what giffgaff calls ‘Payback’ that is payable as either cash (via PayPal), credit, or a charitable donation.

Sky Mobile - £15 Sky voucher for you and a friend (£30 total)

Sky has a comprehensive referral scheme that’s not unique to Sky Mobile, you can earn even more if you recommend a friend to Sky Broadband (up to £60) or Sky Glass (£100).

For a SIM-only plan, Sky will send both you and a friend a £15 Sky voucher which can be spent at a range of major high street and online retailers.

Honest Mobile - Free month for you and a friend

Honest Mobile have a simple, easy-to-understand scheme. For every friend you refer who activates a SIM, you'll both get your next month free. That’s it. Honestly, easy.

There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer, so 12 referrals and you won’t pay a penny for your mobile phone bill all year!

Asda Mobile - £5 Asda gift card (£10 total)

Asda Mobile’s scheme is certainly not the highest-paying reward on offer, but every little helps, right? When you refer a friend to a ‘Pay as you go’ deal then you each get a £5 Asda eGift card.
